We offer returns or exchanges only if:

- Your item arrived damaged
- Or there’s a quality issue that slipped past our careful eyes

Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Send us:
- Your order number
- A short message about what’s wrong
- An unboxing video and photos (this helps us help you
faster!)
❌ What Can’t Be Returned
- Customized/personalized items
- Items bought on sale or during promos
- Slight color or texture differences (we work with fabric and
handmade pieces – every piece is a little unique)
💸 Refunds & Credits
- We usually offer store credit or a replacement
- If your prepaid order is cancelled before we ship, we’ll refund
to your original payment method within 7 business days
