We offer returns or exchanges only if:

  •  You got the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Or there’s a quality issue that slipped past our careful eyes

🕒 Tell Us Quickly!

Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Send us:

  • Your order number
  • A short message about what’s wrong
  • An unboxing video and photos (this helps us help you
    faster!)


❌ What Can’t Be Returned

  • Customized/personalized items
  • Items bought on sale or during promos
  • Slight color or texture differences (we work with fabric and
    handmade pieces – every piece is a little unique)

💸 Refunds & Credits

  • We usually offer store credit or a replacement
  • If your prepaid order is cancelled before we ship, we’ll refund
    to your original payment method within 7 business days
